Three months into the New Year, two years in the marriage, thirty years on Earth, seven years of blogging, almost two years of housewife cum entrepreneur. And, now, a year of milestones ahead. So many things to do, so many things to dare!
Blogging more frequently
This was supposed to start from January itself, but then I got lazy and then I got busy. Loads of news coming in the forthcoming months so yeah my time is not all wasted. But, yes, better time management would also help me in maintaining a regular blog schedule. So, let’s hope I ace this in the next quarter.
Fit, Fitter, Fittest
January is always a month well spent and December is a month well decided. The intervening months decide what you actually do in your year. I did start with yoga classes in January and then I got lazy and got off my track. I have all the excuses in the world to avoid a healthy regime – being out of station, being unwell and tomorrow is a better day. At least I have started with eating meals made at home, however they may be, a step towards better health.
It has been thirty winters since I came in this world. Wow. Turning 30 is a milestone. Though not as desirable as turning 20 was. I still can not believe I have lived so long.
Life was so different when in school and college. There is just so much that has happened since 2007 when I passed out of college. Life since then has been a measure of milestones and still there is so much to do!
It is always the same with birthdays.
The excitement of the wait, the craziness when the day dawns, the gifts and the wishes and what not and then the day dulls into a monotone and ends. I am always sad by the end of day because of the wait till next year. Any ways, let me just pen down a few thoughts.
Hi Dear Reader! Wish you and your loved ones a very happy new year. May 2016 bring you new opportunities and new successes. Yesterday, I had reposted an old post from the first day of 2015. On the same lines, I am again doing a post again with renewed wisdom to help you begin new year with new thoughts.
Hope you relate to them! And, I would also love you to share the same. Any incident, any lesson, anything which turned you into a different person than you are or were!
#1. Never Regret for Past even if you were wrong
There is a reason past remains in the past. Once it is done with, it is out of your life. Yes, it will always define you but living in it or regretting it or wanting to change it is something which is not possible and best avoided.
In fact, if you are truly repentant about something you have done dreadfully wrong (apart from actually murdering someone or inflicting major body harm), there would come a sign sooner or later that would turn everything fine.
This is a post inspired from the giveaway question of Beautyholics Anonymous. I thought why not end the year with a recap of best things of 2015. This would serve as a link between my life and blog which I have been lately ignoring a lot. So, let me recap.
The year started with a house party much like 2014. And, then, we visited Nagarjuna Sagar dam in January. Celebrating Mr. P’s birthday and then mine pretty much sums up the end of Jan for us. My parents came down from Delhi and it was raining gifts during that season.
Then, things went downhill with Mr. P getting hurt and spending a day in hospital and things getting complicated. Mr. P recovered and I succumbed to sort of not being well. The middle of year pretty much went by stressed.
