Mineral Makeup Brands in India {Readers Query}

Swati · September 2, 2011 · 18 Comments

This is a question to all those who know about makeup. I would be really grateful if anyone can tell me which mineral makeup brands are available in India? I need to buy a compact but I don’t want to go for normal brands available. Suggestions would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Swati

    You have to try Sheer Cover. The complete kit is around Rs. 2000. The kit included all the brushes, two foundations in powder form, concealer and even primer.

    Must Try!

    There are many! Revlon Clorstay Minerals, L’Oréal, Bare Escentuals, Mary Kay, The Body Shop Virgin range. Sheer Cover, yes. I am curious on that one too. I have seen the Tele Brand advt. & checked the site. They are two kits: basic n’ complete.

    Also, does anyone know of mineral makeup Without Bismuth Oxychloride(these are metallic compounds pushed into pores & thus, clogging them). About 75% of women are known to have had a reaction to it..and recently so did I. My face is a mess of blisters and now white patches left behind by the ointments. Do suggest.
